Usa President Donald Trump has hailed "tremendous success" in the mid-term elections after a dark of mixed results for his Republican party.

What's happening in governors' races?

Governors - who head the executive branch in state governments - have been chosen in 36 out of fifty states.

In Florida, a progressive Democrat conceded subsequently an ugly boxing confronting Trumpist conservative Ron DeSantis.
